After-Sales Service Policy
1. Scope of Application
These rules apply to all goods purchased on utophome.com (hereinafter referred to as "we"), including but not limited to virtual goods and physical goods.
2. Return and Exchange Policy (Applicable only to physical goods)
2.1 Return and Exchange Conditions
A return or exchange request is accepted under the following conditions:
- The goods must be in their original packaging, with all accessories intact, and must not affect secondary sales.
- The goods have quality issues, such as damage or defects, or were damaged due to logistics.
- The order was incorrectly processed, and the received goods do not match the order details.
2.2 Non-returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Requests based on personal preference (e.g., dislike of the product, incorrect purchase).
- The goods have been used, unpacked, or otherwise altered in a way that affects secondary sales.
- The return/exchange period (7 days from the date of receipt) has expired.
2.3 Return and Exchange Process
- Contact customer service and provide order details along with a description of the issue.
- After customer service review, you will receive the return/exchange address and relevant instructions.
- Once the returned goods are inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed as per the agreed method.
2.4 Order Cancellation Request
- You can request to cancel your order only by contacting customer service within 48 hours before shipment (calculated from the payment time).
- Order cancellation is not supported after the order has been shipped.
